Here is a photo report from Ilyas (French major)<\/a>, who is studying at the University of Zambia(UNZA) from July 2022.<\/p>\n

Japanese language class<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

This time I would like to introduce Japanese language classes at the University of Zambia. The University of Zambia offers a short-term intensive Japanese language course during the semester with the cooperation of Hokkaido University Africa Office in Lusaka. Japanese exchange students, including myself, volunteered as instructors for this course and gave Japanese language lessons. Since we had no experience as instructors, we had to work very hard to plan the lessons and prepare teaching materials, but it was very rewarding to see the students’ Japanese language skills improve through the lessons.<\/p>\n

This will probably be my last report as I will be returning to Japan in a few weeks, but I would like to thank all of you who have read my reports so far. I would also like to express my gratitude to the Inter-University Exchange Project for their support of my study abroad.<\/p>\n
